How to create sustainable habits quickly and easily

January 25, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

About the Training:

Tiny Habits is a breakthrough method of habit formation developed by Stanford Behavior Research Scientist, Dr. BJ Fogg. Using the Tiny Habits method you can create habits quickly and easily without relying on willpower.

By the end of this training, you will better understand how human behavior works and know how to create new habits using the Tiny Habits method. You will come away with your own custom designed Tiny Habit recipes to achieve any desired outcome in your personal and professional life.

And what’s even better… you will learn that you can create a new habit in as little as 5 days. No. It doesn’t take 21 days to create a habit is you know the right way to do it… which you will after this webinar!

I’d like to introduce you to our guest trainer, Linda Fogg-Phillips.
